I think this is a great opportunity to improve legal immigration pathways. We spent a boatload of money educating this kid through our public school systems. He's now a highly-educated citizen, which we need more of. And you want to sent him away, squandering that investment?

Really?-1739510 There, the prosecutor will have to disprove Zimmerman's claim of self defense. As the article mentions, the burden of proof is on Zimmerman. He has to produce a preponderance of evidence that it was self-defense.
